(adjective) unable to hear anything or unable to hear very well
Example: He became deaf after an accident at the factory.

(verb) to put something together with something else so as to increase the size, number, amount, etc.
Example: Finally, the chef added some salt into the pot.


exhibition
exhibition /ˌeksɪˈbɪʃn/
(noun) a collection of things, for example works of art, that are shown to the public
Example: The Human and Nature art exhibition begins today at the city art gallery.


demonstration
demonstration /ˌdemənˈstreɪʃn/
(noun) a public meeting or a march (= an organized walk by many people) at which people show that they are protesting against or supporting somebody/something
Example: Let me give you a demonstration of how the camera works.


disabled

(adjective) unable to use a part of your body completely or easily because of a physical condition, an illness, an injury, etc.; unable to learn easily
Example: Although she is a disabled student, she is always the best student in our class.


dumb

(adjective) stupid
Example: I have a neighbor who is blind, deaf and dumb, and needs a lot of help to get around.


enclose

(verb) to build a wall, fence, etc. around something
Example: Please enclose a curriculum vitae with your letter of application.

(noun) a very strong feeling of love, hate, anger, enthusiasm, etc.
Example: Politics and philosophy were his lifelong passions.
